Despite the lack of a new movie after a two-year streak, the year did not disappoint. But half of a heckuva lot is still a lot. Since 2010 was declared the “Year of Yamato” in observance of the live-action movie, activity naturally declined somewhat in 2011, down to roughly half when measured by the length of our history timelines.
